Enhancing the holistic employee experience to compete for talent in a competitive market

After a year of change, employee workplace priorities shift on factors such as location, benefits and skills. Additionally, experts predict a myriad of employment movements as many employees look for a job change in a competitive market as private sector growth escalates, increases pay, offers flexibility, and a wave of retirements are predicted as the pandemic response lessens. In the public sector, where recruitment and retention tools are limited, organizational leaders can focus on employee experience during the increased competition for talent. This session will explore a comprehensive range of employee experience tools such as leadership, communication, place, people, benefits, training, technology, well-being, type of work, and a renewed call for greater diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
