States across the country are grappling with whether, how, and when to return to normal service operations, as well as what the “next normal” of service delivery should look like. This challenge is top of mind for states - over three quarters of states have already reopened one or more economic activities, and all states plan to reopen something by May 20 – putting pressure on government workplaces themselves to have a plan. This webinar provides a framework for state governments to consider how to reopen effectively as well as reimagine the “next normal” for their service operations in the context of the COVID-19 crisis.
